Our Products

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Please keep the following in mind before you order.

Color and appearance on screen. Photographs are taken under studio lighting, and every screen renders color differently depending on the device, its settings and the light in your room. The metal tone, finish and card color you receive may look slightly different from what you saw on screen.

Made-to-order variation. Every piece is produced after you place your order. Small variations in plating tone, polishing, finishing and in the printing and alignment of the message card are normal for made-to-order manufacturing and are not defects.

Measurements. Chain lengths, pendant dimensions and card sizes are approximate and are subject to small manufacturing tolerances.

What our jewelry is. Our pieces are sold as decorative jewelry and sentimental gifts for personal use. They are not medical devices, protective equipment, or investment-grade precious metal, and we make no claim that they are.

None of the above applies to an item that arrives damaged or faulty, or that is not the item you ordered. That is covered by our Refund & Returns Policy.

Limitation of Liability

This website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, and we disclaim all implied warranties except those that cannot lawfully be disclaimed.
