Damaged or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email support@jewelayer.com with a photo and your order number. We will send a replacement at no cost to you.
Order Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly. You have a 3-hour window from the time of purchase to cancel. After that, the order is likely already in production.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
