Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, 
excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will 
be processed the next business day.

Shipping Times
- United States: 3-8 business days
- Canada: 14-21 business days
- International: 14-30 business days (varies by country)

Please note that delivery times may be affected by local customs 
processing and carrier delays, especially during peak holiday seasons.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and 
chosen shipping method.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a 
tracking number. You can track your shipment at any time using the 
provided link.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, or 
marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at 
support@jewelayer.com within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.

Customs & Import Fees (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs duties or 
import taxes that may apply. Jewelayer is not liable for delays due 
to customs clearance.
